ARIIVE INDIA provides travel, logistics, and related services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Health Advisory and Passenger Disclosures
- All passengers are strongly advised to ensure they are medically fit for travel. It is your responsibility to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements at the time of booking.
- We recommend that passengers consult their healthcare provider before undertaking any journey, especially for long-distance or high-altitude travel.
- In line with leading travel booking platforms in India, ARIIVE INDIA does not assume liability for any health-related incidents or emergencies that may arise during your journey. Passengers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.
- It is mandatory for all passengers to comply with government health advisories, vaccination requirements, and safety protocols as applicable at the time of travel.
- Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in denial of service without refund, similar to policies followed by major travel aggregators in India.
4. Child Policy
- Children above 3 years of age occupying a full seat will be charged the full fare, consistent with the practices of major travel booking sites in India.
- It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the safety and supervision of children throughout the journey.
5. User Obligations
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or booking.
- Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us of any unauthorized use.
- Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.
- Refrain from any activity that may disrupt or interfere with our services or security.
6. Booking and Payment
- Bookings will be confirmed only after the minimum booking amount per person is paid.
- To secure your seat, the full payment must be completed at least 5 days prior to the journey date.
- If your booking is on a waiting list and not confirmed, a new date will be allotted. If you choose to decline the new date, our cancellation and refund policy will apply.
- All bookings are subject to acceptance and confirmation by ARIIVE INDIA.
- Payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) using approved payment methods.
- Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- Invoices must be settled within the specified period to confirm your booking.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- If a user has paid the full booking amount, cancellation charges will be applied only on the minimum booking amount required for that tour, unless the cancellation occurs within 5 days prior to the journey date, in which case higher charges may apply.
- Cancellations made 15 days or more before departure: Eligible for an 80% refund of the minimum booking amount paid, after deducting any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days before departure: Eligible for a 50% refund of the minimum booking amount paid, after deducting any applicable processing fees.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided, and the entire booking amount will be forfeited.(*except between 7-5 days before departure, where only booking amount will be forfeited if user has paid the full booking amount.)
- If your booking remains unconfirmed while on the waiting list, the full amount paid will be refunded to you within 7 working days, without any deduction.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at care@ariiveindia.in, along with relevant booking details.
- Processing fees and applicable taxes may be deducted from all refunds, as per our policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method used at the time of booking. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- In case of tour cancellation by ARIIVE INDIA due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided or an alternative date will be offered, as per your preference.

8. ARIIVE INDIA as an Intermediary
- ARIIVE INDIA acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting users with various service providers, including but not limited to hotel partners, travel partners, food partners, and travel bloggers.
- Each partner is independently responsible for compliance with their respective legal and regulatory obligations within their jurisdiction.
- ARIIVE INDIA does not assume liability for the acts, omissions, or services provided by its partners. Any disputes or claims arising from partner services must be addressed directly with the respective partner.
9. Limitation of Liability
- ARIIVE INDIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in accordance with Indian data protection laws.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on this website are the property of ARIIVE INDIA or its licensors.
